Hazelnut Goat Cheese Balls




20 whole hazelnuts

30 grams ground hazelnuts

100 grams goat cheese (spreadable)

3 pinches salt


  1. In a skillet, toast the whole hazelnuts over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Toast ground hazelnuts for 2 minutes, in a similar way.
  4. Combine ground hazelnuts and salt in a shallow dish and mix.
  5. Coat each hazelnut with goat cheese, forming a small ball with your hands.
  6. Roll the ball in the ground hazelnuts.
  7. Serve with toothpicks.
